Death. . .

Death: the act of dying; the end of life; the total and permanent cessation of all the vital functions. According to the dictionary that’s what it is. But one really has to think about it. How many times have you died in your lifetime? Let me break it down. The end of life; how many times have you given that description to something in your life? Good or bad. If you had a bad habit and you properly took care of it and “Ended its life” that’s a good thing. I’ve seen people kill off cancer, drug problems, smoking and many other things that were going to “kill” them if they didn’t kill it. And the death of these habits or diseases allowed for the rebirth of something new and great! Health, wealth, or prosperity whatever ever it maybe it was great! Death isn’t always bad. I’m dead to my old self. I am no where near the man I used and I’m happy for that. I have a purpose to my life! I love the word “LIFE“: the general or universal condition of human existence. How many of you feel like you exist and have a definite purpose? Or how many of you are just passing bye with no definite purpose? What I want to point out in all of this is how many people have put to death something good. How many dreams have you had that you put to death for the sake of security? Are you really doing now what you always wanted to do? Are you that film producer, that rap artist, that photographer, the doctor, financially free, healthy, anything that you want, are you there? I do research on prosperity and people who have it. One of the people that I researched lately was Brad Pitt. We would have to agree that Brad Pitt is successful with his endeavors. But I know that Brad Pitt had two choices; he was only 2 credits shy of graduating with a journalism degree. That’s not even a full college course. But he put to death the idea of being a journalist to give life to a very extreme dream of being a number one actor. But he did it anyway. But only he had the choice of what to do. He kept giving life to his dream and put to death the idea of doing something he didn’t want to do. He left college, with just $325 dollars in his pocket and headed to Hollywood with pretty much no acting experience. All he had was a dream that was alive! But it still wasn’t easy. Have you ever wanted something so bad you said “I would give anything to be a Billionaire, to play the piano like that, to be that healthy, to be. . .” and find out it’s a lot harder than it looks and just give up, and put to death that idea or dream. The easiest thing anyone can do, in anything, is quit. School is to hard just quit. Trying to be a Brother is to hard, just quit, the relationship is to rough just quit. If you really want to the easy way out just put the idea to rest. But for those who want it enough, you have to have the mentality that “come hell or high water” you will achieve that goal, that dream, nothing is impossible for you! Nothing worth having comes easy. It’s going to be difficult, that is why you appreciate it once it actually comes to life. Once Brad Pitt got to Hollywood, he lived in numerous places for free rent, and eventually lived with 8 guys in a townhouse with nothing but a toaster oven, a TV, and a stereo system with no other furniture, not even a bed. He came again to a crossroads, he could stick out here, or go back to school, finish up the 2 credits and live a more certain secure life. As if that wasn’t hard enough, Brad Pitt of all people was the dude in the chicken outfit for El Pollo Loco fast food restaurant on the side of the road with the sign. Most people would have just giving’ up right there, put to death a dream or idea. Very few people have enough vitality, or life in themselves and their dreams to see it through. After that chicken thing, Brad Pitt went on to deliver fridges, assist a soap opera writer, sold cigarettes, and also drove strippers around in a limousine. Then after a while of doing that, he caught his break and the rest was history as the say. My point is this. He had enough life is his dreams to never gave up!
I’m going to end with this. LIVE!!! Put
LIFE back into your dreams, hopes and aspirations. Follow your bliss of being a writer, football player, or the World Series of Poker Champion. Because no matter how weird and extreme your dream is, no one can make it come true but you, no one can live it but you. No one can give up on it and put it to death but you! Are you going to living with a dream, or dead in mediocrity in the next 10-15 years? It’s your choice.
